Pre-Launch Legal Configuration Notice
Veylora AI is a proposed brand configuration. Before public commercial launch, the site owner must configure their registered legal entity name, jurisdiction, and designated privacy contact address in SiteSettings.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit an enquiry through our project contact form, we collect the information you explicitly provide:
- Full name and work email address
- Selected budget range and engagement area of interest (Strategy, Implementation, or Deployment)
- Project description and workflow context shared in your message
- Timestamp and version of your privacy notice consent
2. How We Use Your Information
We process enquiry submissions strictly to review your operational requirements, respond to your request, and scope potential advisory or engineering work. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
3. Abuse Prevention & Technical Telemetry
To protect the service against automated spam and denial-of-service abuse, our API computes a keyed cryptographic hash (HMAC-SHA256) of the requesting IP address and submitted email address. Raw IP addresses are not stored in public logs, and rate-limit counters expire automatically after 15 minutes.
4. Data Storage, Processors & Retention
Submitted enquiries are stored in our access-controlled database and queued for notification delivery via our configured transactional email processor. Lead records are retained for up to 90 days unless an active commercial engagement requires ongoing record retention.
5. Your Rights & Contact Channels
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your enquiry record at any time.
Note: Direct privacy contact email and physical office address fields are currently unconfigured in SiteSettings.approvedContact and must be populated by the site owner prior to production launch.
